Risboller (riskaker)



I just baked risboller by myself for the first time.
I got this recipe from my mother in law..

Risboller
300 grams melis
2 eggs
250 grams defiafett
1 pl koke kjokolade
3 ts pulver cacao
2 liter puffet ris

First I did was I mixed together the melis and 2 eggs using mixer. The chocolate and defiafett I melt them together, then I mixed all the ingredients. finished. It was so easy to make risboller or riskaker.
