Den 16 år gamle filippinske jenta Charmaine Clarice Relucio Pempengco, (heldigvis) bedre kjent som Charice, har steget i gradene siden hun ble oppdaget av en svensk produsent på YouTube i 2007.

Etter den spede begynnelsen har hun i 2008 blant annet opptrådt for 50 000 fotballfans på Feyenoord Stadion i Rotterdam og amerikanske TV-show som Oprah.

Charice har Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Beyoncé og Mariah Carey som sine store heltinner, og om utviklingen fortsetter er det liten tvil om at den eldre garde av divaer vil ha en real konkurrent om noen år.

Som om ikke stemmeprakten hennes er imponerende nok, sørger nå Charice og hennes musikalske talent for å brødfø familien.

Som 3-åring var sangtalentet et hjelpeløst vitne til at hennes far forsøkte å ta livet av moren. Heldigvis fikk noen hjelpsomme naboer stanset hendelsen, og hennes mor forlot mannen med Charice og søsknene.

Oprah er så imponert over 16-åringens talent at hun satte Charice i kontakt med superprodusenten David Foster (Whitney Houston, Celine Dion m.fl.), som også har latt seg rive med.

- Jeg kunne ikke finne en bedre fremtidig stjerne, uttalte han nylig om Charice.

Risboller (riskaker)

I just baked risboller by myself for the first time.
I got this recipe from my mother in law..

Risboller
300 grams melis
2 eggs
250 grams defiafett
1 pl koke kjokolade
3 ts pulver cacao
2 liter puffet ris

First I did was I mixed together the melis and 2 eggs using mixer. The chocolate and defiafett I melt them together, then I mixed all the ingredients. finished. It was so easy to make risboller or riskaker.

live longer and healthier

Just this week my baby got sick, and as a mother i get so worried. There was one night that he can't sleep good, because he has this runny nose. Today he get feeling better, thanks God.
To prevent of being sick again, better to take vitamins. I used to give him Moller's tran, and there are some days that I forgot to give him vitamins, maybe that's why he gets easily sick (my fault though). Moller's trans is recommended to all children and adults. It has Vitamin A,D,E and Omega 3.

KRUMKAKE

It was my first time to baked KRUMKAKE, My sister in-law visited me yesterday and we baked krumkake, we also chose to bake it because it was one of my hubby's favourite cookies. Krumkake or Krum'kaka means curved cake, its a norwegian waffle cake and traditionally made during christmas season.

here's the recipe we used:

2 Egg
120 grms sugar
120 grms margarine (melted)
100 grms Flour
100 grams Potet mel

Got my new gadget!!!

I just got my new Nikon D60 DSLR yesterday. As soon as i got it I open the box, picked the Nikon D60 kit and attached the 18-55mm AFS G VR lense,and then tried my first shot. I was occupied the whole evening yesterday taking shots. The box also include SB-400 speedlight, it has bounce capabilities in 4 steps-up to 90 degrees helps reduce background shadows and soften the light.
